You saw a Short. Here's how it was made.
Every Shotcoda video, including the one that brought you here, was made start to finish by an AI pipeline on one PC. This page explains how in five minutes, and how you can get the same pipeline making videos for you.
1 · What happened
A paragraph went in. A finished Short came out.
The pipeline started from a short brief: a topic, a few sourced facts and a visual style. From there, with no editor involved:
- Research checked that people search for the topic and collected sourced facts.
- An LLM director wrote the narration and a shot-by-shot plan.
- Qwen3-TTS designed a narrator's voice and spoke every line.
- Z-Image Turbo painted each shot and Wan 2.2 animated it.
- ACE-Step composed the music, and sound effects were synthesised in code.
- HyperFrames cut it together with captions and motion graphics.
- A quality gate checked loudness, frames and every shot.
- It was uploaded with title, description and AI disclosure.

2 · Is your PC enough?

3 · The only input
