Shotcoda exists because making good short videos every day shouldn't mean paying for five subscriptions, hiring an editor or handing your ideas to someone else's cloud.

Harri builds automation systems: e-commerce back-ends, research tools and publishing pipelines that run with as little human effort as possible. Shotcoda started as his own experiment: could one desktop PC produce premium Shorts end to end, with only open models? It could. It now runs the @Shotcoda channel and improves with every episode.
Today he builds the same pipeline for creators, educators and businesses who want videos on autopilot and want to own the machine that makes them.
What Shotcoda believes

- Local first. If a good open model can do it on your GPU, it doesn't go to a SaaS.
- Facts before flair. Every number in a Shotcoda video comes from a sourced fact sheet.
- Disclose AI. Videos are labelled as AI-generated on every platform.
- Measure, don't guess. Timings, loudness and quality scores are logged for every episode.
- Always improving. New open models and faster profiles are tested side by side before they replace anything.
